Yes.You may enroll directly in Intelligence College. However, all specialization pathways begin with IC101: The Intelligence Cycle & Analytical Thinking, which serves as the common foundation for all Intelligence College programs.

Upon successful completion of IC101, learners may continue within their chosen specialization track. Each track follows a structured progression consisting of Foundation, Specialization, and Mastery levels. These levels must be completed sequentially, and learners cannot advance to the next level without successfully completing the previous one.

No.Intelligence Essentials programs are designed for learners from a wide range of academic, professional, and educational backgrounds. No prior experience, certification, or prerequisite training is required.

Yes.To continue within Intelligence College specialization tracks, learners must first successfully complete IC101: The Intelligence Cycle & Analytical Thinking.

IC101 serves as the common entry point to all Intelligence College pathways and provides the foundational concepts, frameworks, and methodologies required for further study.

Yes.Intelligence Essentials and Intelligence College are independent learning pathways.

Completion of Intelligence Essentials courses is not required for enrollment in Intelligence College. However, all Intelligence College learners are required to complete IC101 before progressing into a specialization track.

However, pursuing multiple specialization areas within Intelligence College at the same time is generally not recommended. Intelligence is a profession that requires depth, specialization, and progressive skill development within a chosen area of expertise.

For this reason, learners are encouraged to identify the specialization area that best aligns with their professional goals and focus their studies accordingly. Those who are uncertain about which pathway is most suitable may contact the ITAC team for guidance.

No.There is no fixed completion deadline for paid programs. Learners may continue accessing their enrolled courses and associated learning resources for as long as the platform remains operational.

Please note that free programs offered through Intelligence Essentials are subject to a two-week access period. Access to these programs automatically expires at the end of that period.

Yes. Unless a specific access period is stated for the program you have enrolled in, you will continue to have access to your course content for as long as the platform remains operational.

Some course materials are available for download. However, due to intellectual property rights, licensing requirements, and the nature of certain learning resources, download access is not available for all course materials.

No. To protect our intellectual property rights, course videos are not available for download.

Yes. Selected programs are reviewed and updated on a regular basis to ensure they remain accurate and relevant. If you are enrolled in a program that receives a content update, you will be notified accordingly.

No. Once you have enrolled in a program, you will receive access to all future updates for that program at no additional cost.

Yes. Your learning progress is automatically recorded by our Learning Management System (LMS), allowing you to resume your training from where you left off at any time.

Only one active session is permitted per user account at any given time. If you sign in from another device while an active session already exists, one of the sessions will be automatically terminated by the system.

No. Our programs include a variety of learning resources designed to support different learning styles. Depending on the program, these may include reading materials, practical workbooks, downloadable resources, assessment questions, assignments, and other instructional materials.

Yes. You may contact the instructor through the platform regarding any topic related to the program and request academic support throughout your learning experience.

Yes. Intelligence College follows a structured vertical learning model, with each program designed to help learners develop expertise within a specific intelligence discipline. If you are unsure which specialization pathway best aligns with your goals, the ITAC team will be pleased to help you identify the most suitable learning path.

Yes. Unless you request the deletion of your account, your learning progress, achievement records, and certification history will be securely retained within our systems and archived records.

Yes. All ITAC programs include assessment activities. However, the assessment methodology varies depending on the level of the program.Assessments within Intelligence Essentials consist of short quizzes designed to reinforce learning and help learners evaluate their understanding of key concepts.

Intelligence College programs use a significantly more comprehensive assessment model focused on measuring professional competence. Depending on the program, learners may be required to complete analytical evaluations, intelligence reports, practical exercises, and other applied assessments. In addition, every Intelligence College program concludes with a comprehensive 120-question final examination. Upon completion of an entire specialization track, learners must also complete an additional assessment designed to evaluate their overall competency within that discipline.

Yes. All examinations and assessments are conducted using an Open-Book format.Rather than measuring memorized information, our assessments are designed to evaluate analytical thinking, critical judgment, interpretation, and decision-making skills. For this reason, examinations are based on realistic scenarios and professional problem-solving rather than simple factual recall.

You may use all course materials provided throughout the program, downloadable learning resources, and your personal notes.

No. The use of artificial intelligence tools during examinations and assignments is strictly prohibited.The purpose of these assessments is to evaluate each learner's individual analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities while providing meaningful professional experience. The use of AI compromises the integrity and purpose of the assessment process and is therefore not permitted under any circumstances.

A minimum score of 80% is required to successfully pass all examinations conducted in test format.

Within Intelligence Essentials, quizzes may be retaken until a passing score is achieved.Within Intelligence College, learners are granted two attempts to pass the comprehensive 120-question final examination. Only learners who successfully complete the final examination are eligible to proceed to the assignment stage.

Learners who do not achieve a passing score after both examination attempts will be considered unsuccessful in the program. They may re-enter the assessment process by paying the applicable examination fee only. No additional program tuition is required, and access to the course content will remain available.

There is no limit to the number of attempts for quizzes within Intelligence Essentials.For Intelligence College, learners are permitted a maximum of two (2) attempts to complete the final examination for each program.

Yes. Learners who do not successfully complete the Intelligence College final examination after both permitted attempts must pay the applicable examination fee in order to sit for a new examination.

An assignment is a professional performance assessment used exclusively within Intelligence College programs.At the conclusion of each program, learners receive a practical assignment based on realistic scenarios relevant to their chosen specialization. The objective is to evaluate not only theoretical knowledge but also the learner's ability to analyze information, apply professional methodologies, and produce practical intelligence outcomes.

Assignments are reviewed by an evaluation committee composed of instructors from the relevant program.Learners who successfully complete all required elements of the assigned scenario will receive a passing evaluation. Where improvements are necessary, detailed feedback will be provided, and revisions may be requested where appropriate.Throughout the assignment process, learners receive guidance and mentorship from their instructors.

Learners who are unsuccessful in the assignment assessment on two occasions are required to repeat the corresponding training program before becoming eligible to undertake a new assignment.

Yes. Learners may formally appeal the outcome of an assignment and request a new evaluation.In such cases, a new evaluation committee will be established. The learner may recommend one instructor to participate in the committee, subject to ITAC's approval. The committee's decision following the reassessment shall constitute the final determination.Learners who are unsuccessful in the assignment assessment on two occasions are required to repeat the corresponding training program before becoming eligible to undertake a new assignment.

Yes. Assignment deadlines vary depending on the scope, complexity, and specialization of the assigned scenario. Because each assignment is designed specifically for the learner's program and area of specialization, the applicable submission deadline will be communicated together with the assignment.

ITAC offers five different types of certificates and professional credentials to recognize learners' progress, achievements, and professional development throughout their learning journey.

Certificate of Attendance: Awarded to participants who attend webinars, seminars, workshops, and other live events.

Certificate of Completion: Awarded to learners who successfully complete all required learning activities within an Intelligence Essentials program.

Certificate of Achievement: Awarded to learners who successfully pass the final assessment of an Intelligence Essentials program.

Certificate of Competency: Awarded to learners who successfully complete an Intelligence College program, pass the final examination, and successfully complete the required assignment.

Professional Certificate: Awarded to learners who successfully complete all Foundation, Specialization, and Mastery levels within an Intelligence College specialization track.

Each certificate represents a different stage of learning and reflects a distinct level of professional development.

The requirements for earning a certificate vary depending on the type of certificate being awarded.Some certificates are granted upon participation or successful completion of a program, while others require learners to successfully complete final examinations, assignments, or an entire specialization track.The certification requirements applicable to each program are clearly described on the corresponding program page.

All professional certificates issued by ITAC remain valid for two (2) years from their date of issue.This validity period helps ensure that certificate holders continue to demonstrate knowledge and competencies that reflect current methodologies, technologies, and professional practices.

Certificates are not deleted when they expire. Instead, they are marked as Expired, and their status is reflected accordingly within the verification records. To restore an expired certificate to active status, learners must successfully complete the applicable renewal assessment. Renewal requirements and assessment methods may vary depending on the certificate type.

Every ITAC certificate is issued with a unique Verification ID.Certificate holders, employers, and other third parties may request certificate verification by contacting academy@intelest.global and providing the relevant Verification ID.

ITAC reserves the right to suspend or revoke any certificate if it determines that a learner has violated applicable academic or ethical standards, including but not limited to:

Violating the Academic Integrity Policy;
Cheating during examinations or assignment activities;
Using artificial intelligence tools or unauthorized third-party assistance during assessments;
Unauthorized distribution or sharing of course content or learning materials;
Account sharing or providing unauthorized access to an account;
Using knowledge, methodologies, or techniques acquired through ITAC programs for unlawful activities, espionage, manipulation, or any other malicious purpose.

If a certificate is revoked, its status will be updated within the verification records and it will no longer be recognized as a valid ITAC credential.

Yes. Refund requests are reviewed in accordance with our Refund Policy. To be eligible for a refund, your request must satisfy the applicable refund requirements.

Refund requests must be submitted within three (3) calendar days of the original purchase date.To qualify for a refund, you must not have completed more than 5% of the program or completed the first module, whichever occurs first.Refund requests that do not meet these eligibility requirements may be declined.

Once your refund request has been approved, the refund process will be initiated and completed within fifteen (15) calendar days.The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

No. ITAC accounts and program access are strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account, transferring access to another individual, or allowing unauthorized third parties to access your account is strictly prohibited.Any violation of this policy may result in the suspension or permanent termination of your account. Where appropriate, any certificates or professional credentials previously awarded may also be revoked.

All payment transactions are processed securely through Stripe. For security and compliance reasons, ITAC does not have access to, store, or process your credit card or payment information.

No. There is no predetermined minimum or maximum number of participants for corporate training engagements. Each program is planned individually based on its scope, delivery method, and the specific requirements of the organization.
