Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Intelligence Training & Analysis Center ("ITAC"), including its website, learning platform, educational programs, certifications, assessments, digital resources, events, webinars, community features, and related services operated by INTELEST Global, LLC ("INTELEST", "ITAC", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing, registering for, purchasing, enrolling in, or otherwise using any ITAC service, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If a user does not agree to these Terms, access to ITAC services must be discontinued immediately.
2. Eligibility
ITAC services are intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Organizations, businesses, government entities, educational institutions, and other legal entities may purchase, sponsor, or participate in ITAC programs through authorized representatives.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of ITAC services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional obligations within their jurisdiction.
ITAC reserves the right to deny access, suspend accounts, or terminate services where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.
3. User Accounts
Users shall provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and shall maintain such information as necessary.
Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activities conducted through their accounts.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
This prohibition applies to both individual and organizational accounts. Sharing login credentials, permitting unauthorized access, allowing third parties to complete coursework, or otherwise facilitating unauthorized use of an account constitutes a material violation of these Terms.
Violations may result in:
- Immediate account suspension;
- Permanent account termination;
- Revocation of earned certificates;
- Removal from educational programs;
- Denial of future enrollment opportunities.
4. Educational Services
ITAC provides professional training, workforce development programs, intelligence and security education, webinars, workshops, research resources, assessments, and related educational services.
ITAC programs are designed for professional development purposes and do not constitute academic degree programs.
Participation in any ITAC program does not guarantee:
- Employment;
- Promotion;
- Security clearance;
- Professional licensing;
- Government recognition;
- Academic credit;
- University admission;
- Any specific professional outcome.
ITAC reserves the right to modify, update, replace, suspend, or discontinue any program, course, instructor, assessment, schedule, learning resource, certification pathway, or educational service at its discretion.
5. Enrollment and Payments
Enrollment in paid programs requires successful completion of the applicable payment process.
All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).
Published prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
ITAC may offer installment payment arrangements for eligible programs.
Failure to complete installment payments may result in suspension of course access, assessments, certifications, and related services.
ITAC utilizes Stripe and other authorized payment providers to process transactions. Payment information is handled by the applicable payment processor and is subject to its own terms and privacy practices.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the ITAC Refund Policy.
To be eligible for a refund:
- A refund request must be submitted within three (3) calendar days of purchase;
- The learner must not have completed more than five percent (5%) of the enrolled course;
- The first module must not have been completed;
- No certificate must have been issued.
Eligible refund requests shall be submitted to support@intelest.global.
Approved refunds may require up to fifteen (15) calendar days to be fully processed.

7. Assessments and Assignments
Certain programs may require quizzes, examinations, assignments, practical exercises, projects, or other forms of assessment.
College-level programs may include instructor-reviewed assignments and competency evaluations.
Assignments are evaluated on a Pass or Fail basis.
Where applicable, learners may receive written feedback and performance observations from instructors.
Unless otherwise specified, learners may be granted up to two (2) opportunities to revise and resubmit an assignment.
Examination requirements, grading standards, and certification criteria are governed by applicable academic policies.
8. Artificial Intelligence and Academic Integrity
The use of artificial intelligence systems, automated content generation tools, or similar technologies during examinations, certification assessments, competency evaluations, or other restricted academic activities is prohibited unless expressly authorized by ITAC.
Certain examinations may be designated as open-book assessments.
Open-book status permits the use of course materials, notes, and authorized reference resources but does not permit the use of artificial intelligence systems.
Violations may result in:
- Assessment invalidation;
- Assignment rejection;
- Certification denial;
- Certification revocation;
- Account suspension;
- Permanent account termination.

9. Certifications
ITAC may issue certificates upon successful completion of applicable requirements.
Certificate categories may include:
- Certificate of Attendance;
- Certificate of Completion;
- Certificate of Achievement;
- Certificate of Competency;
- Professional Certificate.
Certificate of Attendance may be issued for participation in webinars, workshops, events, or similar activities.
Certificate of Completion may be issued upon successful completion of designated course requirements.
Certificate of Achievement may be issued following successful completion of required assignments and evaluations.
Certificate of Competency may be issued upon successful completion of designated competency assessments.
Professional Certificates may be awarded upon successful completion of designated training tracks, assignments, examinations, and related requirements.
Certificates are valid for two (2) years from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
Following expiration, certificates may be renewed through procedures established by ITAC, including re-examination where applicable.
Certification standards, verification procedures, renewal requirements, and revocation criteria are governed by the ITAC Certificate Policy.
10. Certificate Revocation
ITAC reserves the right to suspend, invalidate, revoke, or refuse certification where a learner:
- Violates academic integrity standards;
- Engages in fraudulent conduct;
- Shares protected educational materials without authorization;
- Shares account credentials;
- Misrepresents qualifications;
- Uses learned knowledge to facilitate unlawful activities;
- Engages in conduct contrary to professional and ethical standards established by ITAC.
Revocation decisions may occur regardless of when misconduct is discovered.
11. Appeals
Learners may appeal designated academic decisions in accordance with applicable ITAC policies.
Where an appeal concerns an instructor evaluation, assignment determination, competency assessment, or similar academic decision, ITAC may establish a three-member review committee.
The review committee may include:
- One representative appointed by ITAC;
- One subject matter expert appointed by ITAC;
- One qualified reviewer proposed by the learner and approved by ITAC.
The committee's decision shall be considered final.
12. Intellectual Property
All educational materials, videos, presentations, assignments, frameworks, methodologies, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, downloadable resources, certificates, and platform content are owned by or licensed to INTELEST Global, LLC.
Except where expressly permitted, users may not:
- Reproduce content;
- Redistribute content;
- Sell content;
- License content;
- Publish content;
- Modify content;
- Create derivative works;
- Use content for commercial training purposes.
Certain materials may be made available for download.
Downloaded materials are licensed solely for personal educational use and may not be distributed, shared, reproduced, or incorporated into organizational training programs without prior written authorization.
13. User-Generated Content
Users may submit assignments, discussion posts, comments, forum contributions, project materials, and other content.
Users retain ownership of their original content.
By submitting content to ITAC, users grant INTELEST Global, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, review, evaluate, and use such content for educational, operational, quality assurance, accreditation, compliance, and platform administration purposes.
User-generated content may remain associated with educational records following account closure where necessary to preserve the integrity of academic and training records.
14. Community Standards
Users shall not use ITAC services to engage in:
- Fraud;
- Harassment;
- Threats;
- Hate speech;
- Unauthorized access activities;
- Phishing;
- Identity theft;
- Cybercrime;
- Illegal surveillance;
- Espionage activities;
- Manipulation campaigns;
- Disinformation operations;
- Distribution of malicious software;
- Any unlawful activity.
ITAC reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate participation where violations occur.

16. Account Termination
Users may request account deletion at any time.
ITAC may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, applicable policies, security concerns, payment failures, fraud, misconduct, or other legitimate operational reasons.
Certification records and verification records may be retained following account closure where necessary to preserve historical accuracy and certification integrity.
17. Disclaimer
ITAC services are provided on an "as available" basis.
INTELEST Global, LLC makes no guarantee regarding uninterrupted access, availability, accuracy, suitability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Educational content is provided for informational and professional development purposes and should not be interpreted as legal, intelligence, security, investigative, financial, governmental, or professional advice.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INTELEST Global, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of ITAC services.
Total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the affected user to ITAC during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of ITAC services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Delaware.
20. Modifications
ITAC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions shall become effective upon publication unless otherwise specified.
Continued use of ITAC services following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
