Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2026

1. Purpose

This Refund Policy establishes the conditions, procedures, limitations, and eligibility requirements governing refund requests for educational services, training programs, certifications, events, and related offerings provided by the Intelligence Training & Analysis Center ("ITAC"), operated by INTELEST Global, LLC.

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any ITAC service, learners acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. General Eligibility

A refund request may be considered only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • The request is submitted within three (3) calendar days of the original purchase date;
  • The learner has not completed more than five percent (5%) of the enrolled course;
  • The learner has not completed the first module of the course;
  • No certificate has been issued;
  • No certification assessment has been completed;
  • The learner remains in good standing and is not subject to disciplinary action.

Failure to satisfy any of the above conditions may result in denial of the refund request.

3. Refund Request Procedure

Refund requests must be submitted by email to: support@intelest.global

The request should include:

  • Full name;
  • Registered email address;
  • Course or program title;
  • Date of purchase;
  • Order or transaction reference number;
  • Reason for the request.

ITAC may request additional information necessary to verify eligibility.

4. Processing Timeline

Eligible refund requests will be reviewed after submission.

Approved refunds are generally processed within fifteen (15) calendar days.

Actual processing times may vary depending on banking institutions, payment processors, card issuers, or other third parties.

ITAC is not responsible for delays caused by external financial institutions.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under any of the following circumstances:

5.1 Course Progress

  • More than five percent (5%) of course content has been completed;
  • The first module has been completed;
  • Substantial portions of course materials have been accessed or consumed.

5.2 Certification Activity

  • A certificate has been issued;
  • A certification examination has been completed;
  • A competency assessment has been completed;
  • A Professional Certificate evaluation process has been initiated.

5.3 Academic Misconduct

  • Academic integrity violations have occurred;
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected;
  • Unauthorized account sharing has occurred;
  • Certification abuse or manipulation has occurred.

5.4 Policy Violations

  • Suspension or termination resulting from violations of ITAC policies;
  • Removal from a program due to misconduct;
  • Breaches of applicable agreements.

6. Installment Payments

Where installment payment options are offered, refund eligibility remains subject to this Refund Policy.

Approved refunds may be adjusted to account for:

  • Installments already paid;
  • Outstanding payment obligations;
  • Applicable processing costs where permitted by law.

7. Events, Webinars, and Live Sessions

Certificate of Attendance activities, webinars, workshops, seminars, and similar live events may have separate refund conditions announced at the time of registration.

Where no separate policy is announced, this Refund Policy shall apply.

Attendance, participation, or completion of a live event may affect refund eligibility.

8. Corporate and Organizational Training

Customized training programs delivered for organizations, government entities, institutions, or private groups may be governed by separate contractual agreements.

Where a separate agreement exists, the refund provisions contained within that agreement shall prevail.

Refunds for custom-developed content, private cohorts, dedicated instructors, NDA-protected programs, or organization-specific training services may be restricted or unavailable.

9. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Learners are encouraged to contact ITAC before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim through a financial institution.

ITAC reserves the right to suspend platform access, certification eligibility, and related services while a payment dispute remains unresolved.

Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in permanent account restrictions.

10. Policy Abuse

ITAC reserves the right to deny refund requests where evidence suggests abuse of the refund process, including but not limited to:

  • Repeated enrollment and refund activity;
  • Attempts to access substantial educational content before requesting a refund;
  • Efforts to obtain course materials without payment;
  • Fraudulent representations regarding course usage or progress.

11. Exceptions

ITAC may, at its sole discretion, approve partial or full refunds outside the requirements of this Policy under extraordinary circumstances.

Approval of one exception shall not establish a precedent for future cases.

12. Modifications

ITAC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
